Enjoy the serenity of the Piney Woods by renting Pinecote Pavilion for your next occasion or event. Weddings, company functions, church gatherings, family reunions, graduation parties, civic/club meetings, and musical events may be scheduled throughout the year.
Absolutely NO nailing, stapling, or any other methods that would cause damage are permitted when decorating for the event.
The Crosby Arboretum is the South’s premier native plant conservatory. As such, the following are always prohibited:

Event must be completed by within the reserved time slots. Rental clients with décor who may require extensive set up time are encouraged to reserve both time slots.

For weddings, a one-hour rehearsal may be held on a prearranged day (Wed.-Sat. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), at no additional charge.
Tables $150 PA System or Bluetooth capable speaker $75 2 piece bar $400
Chairs $250 Use of Limo Golf cart per 2 hrs. $150 ($50 non-refundable deposit)
Recommended maximum standing capacity is 150 persons.
$150 non-refundable security deposit required to reserve a date.
Reservations must be made at least one month prior to the scheduled event and will be taken in the order received. Requested dates will be held with a completed application and deposit.

Tobacco Policy Mississippi State University policy (OP 01.301) applies to The Crosby Arboretum. “Tobacco use is banned from all university property including interior spaces, university vehicles, partially enclosed spaces, and outside grounds. Tobacco use is allowed within enclosed personal vehicles.” All staff, volunteers, exhibitors, and guests are expected to comply.
